Deadlines.com Support is divided into two categories:

Site Support questions relate to the Deadlines.com website, including questions about functionality, usage and other customer service related issues. These questions are answered by our team of customer service and technical support personnel.

Rules Support questions relate to the actual court rules and calculations of deadlines generated on the site. These questions are answered by our team of in-house attorneys.

Once you click on the Submit button your question will be sent to our Support Department. You will receive an email when it's been updated with a link to the response which can also be found under your Support Requests. Although we strive to respond as quickly as possible, you can expect responses to your questions within 3 hours during support hours. Site Support is available Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST and Rules Support is available Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST.
