Can I change the jurisdiction of an existing case?
Yes, the jurisdiction can be changed while calculating deadlines. Simply go to Calculate Deadlines (My Deadlines: Calculate Deadlines) and select which case you would like to modify, which will take you to the Event selection page. To change the jurisdiction, simply click on the Jurisdiction link (the step before Event selection) and update the jurisdiction. The jurisdiction will only be saved if you continue through the steps to calculate deadlines, so only change the jurisdiction when you have events to calendar.
Please note that the new jurisdiction will be saved and used on future deadline calculations, but will not change existing deadlines.
