Can I close a case at any time?

Yes, you can close or open a case at any time by going to My Deadlines: Case List and clicking on the "Closed" check box.

If all deadlines on a case have been completed and they no longer need to appear on the calendar, the case should be closed by the last day of the month so it does not appear on the following month's billing statement. Please note you will be charged on the last day of the month for any cases that were open at any point during that month, even if they are currently closed.
